I've been sitting here working on my "sparkling Gigi" (http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer08/PATTgigi.html) while listening to Blue October. This CD is taking me back to last summer and I'm feeling kinda sad, missing a good friend of mine that moved away.
Gigi is coming along, but I am getting an idea of how long this is going to take me to complete. I've never knitted a decent sized item with such small needles before (2 and 4) and have never had so many stitches per inch. It's going to be an interesting challenge... will I get tired of it and "shelf it" like I usually do with stuff that takes a long time?
